Victoria Parsons, Clinical Director
I'm Victoria Parsons, Managing Director at Kent and Surrey Aesthetics.
I am a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Independent Nurse Prescriber (NIP).
After qualifying at Greenwich University seven years ago, I trained in botulinium toxin treatments and dermal fillers and also began work in a laser clinic in London. A year later I left to begin work as a cosmetic surgery nurse in Harley street working predominantly with plastic surgery patients both pre and post op. Throughout this time I continually trained in advanced facial aesthetics and using botulinium toxin to treat both upper and lower face, including the neck and the underarms, (hyper-hydrosis).
I have also had extensive training using dermal fillers to correct loss of volume in the face, décolletage and hands, using either needles or a cannula. Aside from these procedures I amtrained to carry out radio frequency (skin tightening), Pelleve, skin needling, chemical peels, hand rejuvenation, IPL treatments, (acne, rosacea and hair removal), short wave diathermy (broken capillaries to the face) microdermabrasion, fat reduction treatments and prescribes Obagi products for problematic skin, pigmentation and general anti aging.
I have extensive product knowledge gained from working in various dermatology/cosmetic clinics both locally and in London and can therefore assess and advise on corrective skin products. I qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber at Gloucester University in August 2013 and currently aside from running the aesthetic side of ICE clinic in Beckenham I also servicel other satellite clinics as well as my own independent clinic.
I use my extensive experience in the aesthetic industry and my medical qualifications to provide a safe, effective and professional service, making sure each and every client gets the best possible results from their treatment.
I am member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

I have recently trained with Dr Gabrielle Mereck and am pleased to offer PDO thread lifting, a very exciting and innovative treatment which I am thrilled to bring into my clinics. PDO thread lifting for me, has allowed me to successfully treat all problematic areas that my clients present with that I was before, unable to treat successfully.

Over the past 25 years having worked for Toni and Guy and attending the London College of Fashion, Ellenor Holland further developed her experience and trained as a Beauty Therapist and then chose to train and continues to update her skills with Nouveau Beauty Group one of the leading Permanent Make up schools in the UK.
She ensures that best practice is followed, safe permanent cosmetic procedures are undertaken and the highest level of hygiene is adhered to, ensuring patient's well being and considerations at all times.
Ellenor has always had an innate passion for art and design, with an understanding of colour theory and always adopting an artistic and calming style. She specialises in creating a look that is both natural an aesthetically attractive. By ensuring all clients receive their individual style at all times. She now has an extensive list of happy clients.
